New VoIP Cloud Computing System for City of Richland Hills
The City of Richland Hills, Texas needed to replace their old phones with a more secure network system. After talking with BrevAll Technologies, they decided to go with a new VoIP Cloud Computing System. They didn’t have to look far; BrevAll, just a couple miles away in North Richland Hills, had just what the City needed.

The process with BrevAll is efficient, from first introductions to final setup it only took a couple of months, said Karen Evans with the City of Richland Hills. It took a week to get all of the desktop IP phones fully loaded, and where they needed to be, the BrevAll team was all hands on deck; everyone was here.
The City needed 75 Yealink phones in seven different facilities, all connected to the Cloud PBX and eliminating the on-premises hybrid IP PBX. The team could reuse the existing cabling, reducing the install time and overall budget.
“The big challenge was to keep them up and functioning as a city while installing the new phones,” said Mike Chenault, senior technician with BrevAll. “Next was converting all the fax lines over to Spectrum analog lines and reconnecting them to all the buildings.”
The BrevAll team got it done. They also worked with the Richland Hills police department relocating their phones to maintain service while their facility was under renovations.
Similarly, the Richland Hills fire station phones had to be relocated as they moved into a new facility.
